This effort is part of the County's roadmap to economic recovery from the impacts of the pandemic. Actionable ideas will be a part of a special quarterly report to the Board of Supervisors and help the County improve its internal procedures, empower businesses, and expand public-private partnerships.

Pitch Your Idea
We are looking for innovative ideas to assist businesses, streamline contracting processes, and identify potential cost-savings. Actionable ideas will be a part of a special report to the Board of Supervisors by the Quality and Productivity Commission, in consultation with the Small Business Commission and Economy and Efficiency Commission.
